The Regional Reform Forum Let's Talk about the Elephant in the Room was was proudly brought to you by Collaborative Project Officers - Lisa Barrett (Riverland Murray Coorong Taskforce), Julie Wilhelm (Hills Positive Ageing Project), Michelle Fuller (Southern Fleurieu & Kangaroo Island Positive Ageing Taskforce), and Maria Shialis (Southern Services Reform Group).

Held Friday 6 June 2025 at Monarto Safari Park, this event was an innovative and immersive experience, where participants moved through the park on a guided tour, stopping at key locations for interactive presentations and guest speaker sessions focused on the new Aged Care Act and Regulatory Framework.

Guest speakers were:

  • Marek Dubovinsky & Jemma Wilson, Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission
  • Paul Hawkins, Crazy Might Work
  • James Langanke, Fire Up Solutions
