Participants were given the opportunity to:
- Watch a suite of filmed interviews that showcased providers insights about Taking a Chance’ on new ways of working
- Hear from the Department and the Commission about ongoing compliance under the New Act.
- Participate in an open Q&A panel to address any ‘S.O.S’ questions
- Enjoy informal networking opportunities with sector stakeholders
