HACC Service Principle Consultation for Service Providers

This is the South/West Metro session for service providers.
HACC Services are working with a new set of service Principles. They are involved with two projects that aim to:
- Understand the best ways to engage consumers and carers in all levels of service planning, design and evaluation.
- Help services evaluate whether the HACC Service Principles are being implemented in practice and how these have impacted on people receiving HACC services.
